Our Team
Quill Property Services was formed in 2019 after Director, Cameron Sparshott, saw a need for quality property management within the Emergency and Temporary accommodation market in the Eastbourne area. At inception, he began managing two large Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO’s) in Eastbourne and now has a portfolio looking after over 20 properties covering Eastbourne, Hastings and St Leonards-on-Sea.
His ethos is people-centred; looking after not only the buildings but also the residents that are housed within in them. He is proud to say that they have supported many clients to move from Temporary Accommodation into permanent homes.
Cameron ensure the landlords that they work with are kept up to date regarding any necessary maintenance work, Health and Safety compliance that needs to be undertaken (Fire Safety Certificates, PAT, EPC, EICR testing etc.).
Cameron has been in the property management business for over 25 years and brings a wealth of knowledge in all areas of the property letting and management business. Cameron also has a degree in Psychology and Computing.
In 2023, he made the exciting decision to relocate their offices from the Enterprise Centre to a larger work space in Ceylon Place, Eastbourne enabling them to house their growing team of cleaning, maintenance and office staff.
